1. Email your request to with your reason for return.
2. Return instructions will be replied once receive your request.
3. Ship your item to designated address and give us the documents related to the return following our return instructions.
4. Once the package is received your return will be completed.

1. All return requests must be initiated within 2 weeks your package has been delivered.

2. All items must be returned in their original condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no odor or signs of wear or styling product).

3. Must have tags attached and in original packaging.

Ineligible Products:
1.The frontal lace was cut or damaged.
2. The item was worn or sprayed with hair styling products.
3. The item was damaged or the original status was changed
We can’t accept ineligible products and they will be returned to you at your cost.
1. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order BEFORE it’s collected by the shipping carrier. If your order has shipped, please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
2. How long do I have to make a return?
All return requests must be initiated within 14 days your package has been delivered.
3. What should I do if I need to request a return?
To initiate a return, please contact customer service for an assessment. Upon approval, the return address will be emailed to you. Please note, items must be shipped back to the address provided by customer service, NOT the address on your original delivery.
4. What is my return shipping cost?/ Will you pay for the return shipping cost?
The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) services for returns.
5. How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original account or as a CUPSHE Cash Coupon**, which can be used as store credit.
